Geraldine Smith, the owner, is the Vice President of Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association. She is also a founding member of the Professional Women in Building Council for Metro and a member of the Remodelers Council.
In 2023, Geraldine became the NJ State Builder delegate for the NAHB Leadership Council. The Leadership Council includes Builder and Associate members who provide direction to the Board of Directors on advocacy issues and industry policy. She has also been recently appointed to the National Remodelers Council and the National PWB Council.
